Hello:

We are having an issue with one of the forms on a site.

We get the following error:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function redirect() on a non-object in /path/to/chronoforms/actions/custom_code/custom_code.php(20) : eval()'d code on line 3

The form as a few basic fields and a CAPTCHA.

There are no other errors when running this code.
