GoDaddy not accepting email form

How to resolve GoDaddy blocking emails from a contact form.

Overview

The issue occurs because GoDaddy's hosting settings block emails sent from the server.
Contact GoDaddy support and request they adjust the remote mail exchanger setting in the hosting account to allow the emails to pass through.

Hello,

I have a simple contact form on a website.

I have a form emailed to web address @missoulachildbloom.com which is hosted by GoDaddy. Some addresses have email accounts others are forwarded.

When I submit the form, it doesn't show up at any of the @missoulachildbloom.com emails.

I tested using Yahoo, Gmail, and Hotmail and the form email comes through just fine.

I am not using any dynamic reply to email. And in the Joomla Global Configuration, I have the email set to @missoulachildbloom.com. In the form email settings the from email is a @missoulachildbloom.com email.

Any idea why GoDaddy is blocking the email? I added the emails to an accept list. They are not going into the Spam folder. They are just missing.

Here is a link to the website.....

Thanks, Chuck

Answer
I figure out the solution:)

I called GoDaddy and they had to make a change in the hosting account to the remote mail exchanger to allow the emails through.
