Hello!
I try my luck again, i have attached a jpg fail to visualize my idea.
Basicly i would like to make drop down conditional forms!
So i have Main drop down:
Type of medical service: 1. Consultation 2.Diagnostics 3. Procedure
Secendary drop down (visable after main drop down is selected)
Choose consultation: Consultation1 , Consultation1 ,Consultation3
Choose diagnostics: Diagnostics1, Diagnostics2, Diagnostics3
Choose procedure: Procedure1, Procedure2, Procedure3
So how can I achieve this efect with conditional drop downs..? I have read many topic in this forum, but each is "different" aproach and situation.
Could you please point me to right direction..? Or give some tutorial advice for "dubm chronoform user"
Thanks!

Hi sirdna,
ChronoForms v4 doesn't have an easy way to do this exactly as you have it here.
If you can combine the three second drop-downs into one where the options change then this FAQ has a way to do it. That is probably the best solution.
