DB Read more Info in Dropdown Field

I have a question about the drop down boxes.
I'm trying to get more information to be stored in a field.
Surely it's just a small thing, but I can not.
I have searched a lot in the forum and have not found the right.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to do?

Do you want this information shown in the drop-down? Or to be available after the form submits?

If you are using the Dynamic Data options that just takes Value + Text so you'd need to merge the other values together to sue them - but that would make for very long drop-down values.

I want a directory - database (id, user_id, catsitter_id, last name, first name, ... etc.)
5 Dorp-Downs (line) put together a care plan.

The address - database is kept up to date by the members.

At the moment I can only "one box" from the address - database übernemen in the new form.

How can I add more fields from the Addresses - concatenate database in the new field?

Does it make sense to create a second database table that contains information in 2 fields?
