Permission denied, for EVERYONE

The Chrono forums will not give ANYONE Permissions, everything in Chrono is set to inherit its permissions and the Joomla permissions are set to the default. All we can do is make catagories and theards but no one can post anything. the error is:

Access denied, you are not permitted to access this resource, you may not be logged in or your account may not have enough permissions.

Please make sure that the "Forums permissions" setting is disabled under the "settings" section then logout of the frontend and login again.
