I created a form, and then clocked Test form, but it just brings up my site and the Powered by ChronoForms - ChronoEngine.com footer, but nothing else...no form. I have 15 fields. Am I missing something. I saved the form before I tested it. Thanks.

Looks like you didn't add an HTML action to the "on load" event, please inspect the basic contact demo forms included for the simplest form setup!
