Hi Joerg,

I get a 404 message if I try to look at the form link you posted

How have you set up this link? Is it a ChronoForms menu item?

Bonjour,
J'ai exactement le même probleme.
Pouvez-vous m'aider à le résoudre ?
D'avance merci.

Hi LVI,

This means that you didn't provide the form name when you created the menu item, or the module or when you inserted the form into the article.

Did you try ChronoMyAdmin for managing your Joomla database tables ?

Hello Chronoforms Professionals.
I have the same issue. I have the form embedded withing an article using {chronoforms5}SubmitYourStory{/chronoforms5}
The Form shows up on the page, but when I submit the form on the live site. I get the error: Form name can NOT be empty!
How can it be empty when I include the form name right inside the function call.
I have the form set to "Post". What other things can I look at to make this work.

I am getting increasingly frustrated with Chronoforms but the previous form that I used does not have a version for Joomla 3.x

Any help would be appreciated. I have seen many answers on post but none of them work. It seems that this is a common problem with Chronoforms on 3.x

Hi CassieDesigns,

Please see this FAQ, I find the 'Hidden Menu' method at the end is the neatest and most reliable solution. This seems to be a more common problem in Joomla! 3 I think that something has changed in the way that SEF URLs are handled so that URLs inside form tags are changed (and sometimes broken).
