Links alt - Mouseover style error

Hi,

I got some really annyoying issue when it comes to all links "alt" -text which is presented when you hover with your mousepointer over. Text is appering all to the left. I tried to remove CSS but no luck, I cant figure out how and why this is occuring. Something in ChronoForum is messing with me. See picture

This must be a CSS conflict with something else on the page, you can try to inspect the tip element, its usually at the end of the page source!
