Hey there,
I created 3 forms - 2 I imported from a prior Joomla version and one I created from the scratch.
None of these are displayed; instead I get the following error message when setting error reporting to the maximum:
Notice: Undefined index: DNA in /httpdocs/nieuw/components/com_chronoforms5/chronoforms/libs/form.php on line 56
Powered by ChronoForms - ChronoEngine.com
What can I do to fix that?
Thanks in advance,
Stefanie

HI Stefanie,
Please make sure that you have republished any imported forms - the importer unpublished them.
For the CFv5 form please check that you have an HTML (Render form) action in the On Load event in the Setup tab.
For the message, please set Site Error Reporting to System Default or to None to hide PHP Notices.

Hi Bob,
the forms are definitely published!
Where exactly can I find this Render form action ... in the setup tab... do you eventually have a screenshot?
Thanks,
Stefanie

Awesome, thank you, now everything works! I didn't see the setup tab as my forms were switched to simple mode.
