dropdown description in email

How to display dropdown option text instead of values in ChronoForms emails.

Dear sirs,
i have buildt a form at this demo address:
http://www.pc4u.it/demo/aipda/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=19&Itemid=129

so in a dropdown i put the request services, (the services are: 0=assistenza infermieristica; 1=terapia del dolore etc. etc.)well, i'should to have in my email (after submit) that the results are not the option (1-2-3) but the description (assistenza infermieristica etc).
I try to set the email form but i don't know what changhe...
