Something is wrong here, do you have any "custom" elements in your form ? please try to delete the browser cache or check on a different browser ?

In the "Code" tab we selected "Custom Code" and we saved the form.
Then, we were able to modify the form and now works fine.
Later, in the "Code" tab again select the "Wizard designer" option:

En la pestaña "Code" hemos seleccionado "Custom Code" y hemos salvado el formulario.
Luego, hemos podido modificar el formulario y ahora funciona bien.
Más tarde, en la pestaña "Code" hemos vuelto a seleccionar la opción "Wizard designer".
