Importing CSV File

Hi all,

I a looking for instructions to upload a excel or csv file to my new site. I have a list of members that need to be brought from the old site to the new, I have them all in a csv file but I have no idea where to start to upload them to the new site, has anyone had the same problem or know how to help?

If you send me the CSV file I can probably get this into MySQL format for you if it isn't too messy. I'll PM you with my email address.
