I check all the configuration, and its correct, but the form save duplicate data record and send duplicate email.

It sounds as though it is submitting twice, or looping back on itself.. What actions do you have in the On Submit event?

I notice that the error only happen in the module. Wen I test the form directly whit the test url the form send one mail and save one record, but in the module send two mail and save tow records, but in this case I have to use the module. I test different actions, but now is DB save, email, thanks message.
