Hi, I've noticed on the ChronoForum demo site that when you post a large image, it is re-sized to fit the post window (that part is good) and that when you hover your mouse over it, there is a sort of small magnifying glass to see closer details.
I personally don't really like this display... so, is there a way/option to have the pictures open in a large lightbox type of pop up when image is clicked on instead of that magnifying circle?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Denis.

Hi Denis,
The new update has a new feature to "click to enlarge", however its not in a lightbox, just in place enlargement, but it does the job, the lightbox would block the rest of the post contents and you would need 1 extra click to close it.

Max

Thanks for the answer... but, to enlarge it in place, what if the picture original size is actually screen size. Wont it "break" the forum's template?
No, it will show scroll bars if the image's "width" is larger than the content area width!
Hmmm... so the image could never be seen entirely in large size like it would in a screen adjusted lightbox. I think the "extra click" to close would be acceptable in that case. Have a look at my Kunena forum here and click on the picture, you will see what I mean (it's a French forum but the purpose is for the pictures).
Hi Denis,
Ok, feature added to next update!

How will an image be resized to the max columns size ?
This is not taking place on a site that I'm currently preparing (see capture).

You may have some template CSS on your website forcing the images to overflow the container, it should work just like here.
