Authorize.net Code: 13

We have a Jdonations donations form using Authorize.net that's working our site now.

I'm trying to replace it with a donations form I created in ChronoForms using the Authorize.net Add on/patch which I purchased yesterday. I'm in test mode in the ChronoForms Authorize.net settings, going to a real Merchant account with our current API and Transaction numbers verified.

It's returning a:
Response Code: Error
Response Subcode: 2
Response Reason Code: 13
Response Reason Text: (TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

I know the numbers are right and that the account is active.
Any suggestions?

Please check the rest of the debug data, it should display the login ID and password used, if you are sure that they are correct then I would check with Auth.net support, because the debug result is actually returned by the gateway itself.

You may also try a real transaction for $1, the test mode may have some unexpected results, according to my past experience!

Hi Fulling,

The Chronoforms installer has an Authorize.net action which let you process the payments directly from your website, without redirection to the auth.net website, if this is what you are looking for then you can install Chronoforms and try it!
