Hello, I use ChronoForms for over 5 years and I am very happy.
Now I have a problem: if I send a form to a recipient outside our domain, the message is not received.
Shipping not generate an error, but the message does not reach its destination.
I've been tested sending messages to multiple domains: @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.es
I tested up with an old formulary and it works, I receive messages sent to other domains. However, if I make a new formulary or a formulary i think from an old formulary, do not get the message. Do not know what I do wrong. I do not know what to do.
Installation is Jommla 2.5.22, 4.0.1 ChronoForms.
How could I fix this?
Thank you very much for your time

Hi kepake,
This sounds like either a problem with the From Email address or a with the site email or mail server configuration. Please see this FAQ especially the part on the From Email address.

Bob, thanks for the information. I'm doing tests although I have not yet found the solution.
I do not know if the answers you've shown me you serve to solve the problem. Sending the formulary worked before and now no longer works.

Hi kepake,
When emails stop sending it is sometimes a sign that your webhost (or mail service) has tightened up security, Have you checked with them?
