Forum is showing the wrong time

The Board shows me: Mi,9 Jul 2014, 11:38 am
But it is: Mi,9 Jul 2014, 01:38 pm

so, can i change somewhere the Timezone? and, exists there maybe also the "Europe-Time-System" (no AM/PM, only 01 - 24)

Hi NeMeSiS_tm,

Just a thought but is the forum showing the server time-zone? There is a setting in the Joomla! site Global Configuration to change that I think.
