Chronoforms äöüß

dear forum,
I have the problem, the umlauts as äöü and special characters such as ß or not be misrepresented for a German website.
Is there a quick and easy solution for?

the form don´t submit the letters ä, ö, ü, ß into the email.
The Validation "Required" is on.

What can i do?

I'm sorry but I still don't understand what the problem is exactly :-(

Are those letters being submitted correctly but not showing in the email? Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab in CFv4 or the Setup tab in CFv5.
