A member contacted regarding sending private messages. The box to enter a recipient is not showing to members, but is showing to administrators and other classes of members.
I have viewed all the permissions, and they are set correctly. What can I do to remedy this issue?

There is no reason to have the recipients box disappear, please try to write click its location and check if it exists in the source ?
