Datepicker - Disable past dates

Hi,

I have a classical booking From-To couple of datepickers and I have read this guide:

I have successfully limited my "From" datepicker to Mondays. Now I would like to disable the past dates inside both "From" and "To" and I would like to disable inside the "To" field the dates prior to those selected in the "From" field.

I have read a similar question on the forum but the user did not indicate his solution, and I can't translate the v4 solutions (I have found some in the forum) into v5. Could you please let me know how to achieve this?
