Create a search form and it can be edited from database

I know some body realy easy to create it, please help me how to create a search form and i can edit that data from my database.

I would like seach my database (frontend) use SEARCH from, how to create it?
If i found my data, i can edit, how to create it?

If any code, please help me how can i enter the code?
