Simple form sending multiple email copies

Hi, just setting up my first form, a simple form and everything is looking good except on submit 3 duplicate copies of the email are being sent to the recipient.

Any advice would be fantastic. Many Thanks, D

Hi dougiegsd,

Sounds like you may have enabled all three emails with the same settings?
