I have used this process to collect information and coordinates, and I would like now to show these information on a map.

There isn't enough information here to start to say anything specific. There are some other Google Maps plug-ins for Joomla! that may work for you - I used Mike Ruemer(?)'s one a while ago,
You could probably also build a ChronoForm to display a map with some tags displayed, I think that there are some examples in the forums but from quite a long time ago.
