Dear all
I have a shared form that allows three different target groups to register for an event. This is important as this is less complicated to manage.
In order to make it easier for the administrators, I have added three CConnectivity lists with three different sets of fields to be displayed. However, once a party enters information that does not concern any of the two other lists, it is still shown as an (empty) entry in these two (unconcerned) lists, namely through an INdex # with no values displayed.
Question: how can the other two (unaffected) CConnectivity listings ignore the entry entirely, other than just NOT featuring the assigned fields to be displayed?
Would be grateful for any help😉
Best regards,
Chris

Hi Chris,
Sounds as though the listings for the other two lists should include WHERE clauses that omit the unwanted records.

...through DB Multi Record Loader?
Hi Chris,
Yes, the WHERE box is on the Advanced tab in the Db Multi Record Loader - but you were asking about ChronoConnectivity??

Hello Bob,
yes, I was asking about CConnectivity. Isn't it so that these settings need to be made in the form itself? If not, where can I edit WHERE statements in CConnectivity? Would this be in the Multi Tables Settings? I thought they would only concern data from various tables, but I'm retrieving data from one and the same db.
If it's Multi Table Settings, I can do some more research in that....
