Maximum "Events" created - unable to add new events

I'm trying to add one final custom code piece to my form, but I keep running into what I would consider a bug: When I add the new event, and click the Save button at the top of the page... It takes me back to the Joomla home page!

I've attached an image showing the steps.

Did you try ChronoMyAdmin for managing your Joomla database tables ?
