Everything was working ok. I was using ChronoForm 4.0 and Joomla 3.2.2.
I am using the Email(GH) action, since I was not able to use the standard email action within the 4.0 version.
I updated Joomla two weeks ago from 3.1 to 3.2.2. I didn't check ChronoForm at that time.
Today I needed to do some changes in the form but ChronoForm didn't show up (after selecting it) at the admin console, however, everything was working in the outside (portal).
I decided to install the latest 4.0.4 version and the Module and Plugin Version 4.0.3. After doing that, everything looked fine in the admin area, but then I found out that the form was not working anymore (portal). Once the form is filled out and submitted a blank page appear. No error, no email sent, nothing happens.
I checked the coding. When I use the Test Form Button everything works fine, but when I tested on the portal i got the same blank white page. The only thing I see are some parameters: ?chronoform=cotizacionC&event=submit
I unistalled version 4.0.4 and I try to return to version 4.0. However, when I hit the ChronoForm Link in the admin console I got a blank page. Then, it is not possible to rebuild the form. At this moment I prefer to have a blank page in the admin area than in the portal area.
I believe there is a problem within the Chronoform Module with Joomla Version 3.2.x I took out the Thanks Message Action and replace it with a Redirect Action, but the same error is happening.
I am rebuilding another site (Joomla 3.2.3 Latest). I activated again the Chronoform 4.0.4, created a new form. I got a a message of Cannot intistiate email when I was using the test form button. At this moment I was using the standard email action. After several trials I decided to install the email(GH) action. Then I was able to finish the Test Form without error. However, when I try it in the portal I got the same result Blank page with same parameters at the URL ?chronoform=Informacion_general&event=submit
Any ideas how to fix this problem. I need to bring the form alive again. Any suggestion of another ways to activate it while somebody helps with a solution.

After some additional trials I found a intermediate solution.
1. Check that your form is working with component v 4.0.4 and module 4.0.3. I am using Joomla 3.2.3
2. Uninstall module 4.0.3
3. Re installed component version 4.0 without uninstalling version 4.0.4 that way the form is not deleted.
4. Install module version 4.0
5. Re-create the module using the ChronoForm Module
6. Everything works again, however your are not able to edit the form😟 but at least it works🙂
I tried a small variant. Keeping the version 4.0.3 and installing Module version 4.0. When I do this, the whole portal crashes. It only shows a BIG blank page (nothing in it). When you re-installed component version 4.0 everything goes to normal.
My guesses are: Component version 4.0.4 is compatible with Joomla 3.2.3, but Module Version 4.0.3 is not compatible with Joomla 3.2.3
Hope this helps somebody to reproduce the error. I like to create some other forms, but at this moment I will keep it as it is.

The JCFParameter class is defined in \administrator\components\com_chronoforms\chronoforms.php there should be no problem if you have the latest versions. I've updated my test site to Joomla! 3.2.3 and don't see any error messages ;-(

I am having a similar problem, Ihave Chronoforms working fine as a component but if I try to load a form in a module I get a completely blank page. I am trying to have a small form on the home page but the moment it is published the whole joomla page goes blank. I have Chronoforms component 5.0rc5 and although I have downloaded and installed Chronoforms_V5_Module_RC1.1.zip the installed version shows as 4.03. I this Why?
