The majority of the fields on a specific form are required and generally the emails we get when a contact fills out this form are correct. However, occasionally I will receive an email like this:
Name {Name}
Title {Title}
Company {Company}
Email Address {email}
Do you need access to your company's license keys? {license_keys}
Do you need access to technical downloads? {technical_downloads}
Questions or Special Requests {questions}
Would you like to be added to any DocAuto mailing lists? {Mailing_lists}
Which looks like someone filled out the form without entering any information. However, I have tried to recreate this many times and the form will not submit anything with the required fields left blank. Any idea on how or why I am receiving these?

Well checked the FAQ, but nothing fits my problem.
Forms are filled in correctly and most of the time everything works fine and then suddenly an empty form is send.
The labels are in the mail but nothing more. no filed-names like {input_mail} etc. nothing at all.
any ideas what this can be?
Joomla! 2.5.22
CF : 4.0
kind regards,
Mark

Hi Mark,
Sorry no real idea. Maybe a duplicate form submission somehow - the user clicks submit twice? Serverside Validation should block them if they are coming from the from itself.

Hi,
I have the same issue and I cannot find any solution to it online.
I've got a form build with ChronoForms 5 and it works very well when I test it, but from time to time I receive empty e-mails.
All the fields appear in the e-mail, but they are all empty.
I have a Captcha field that needs to be filled and most of the fields in the form are mandatory in order for the form to be submited.
My only concern is that people want to subscribe through this form and the information doesn't reach me. Any thoughts?
