I wonder if this is a bug or if it is something in my browser?
I have this config:
Joomla 3.2.1
CFv4 4.04
PHP 5.3.24
I use container a lot and are now trying to reconfiguring my forms. When I drop an item in the Container it shows up at the bottom of my design sheet instead of in the Container. This is a fact in 9 out of 10 times. The tenth time it shows up inside the container as it supposed to.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.

Hi JeLu,
It's just tricky :-(
I do a little better than you but still about half seem to miss the target.
Dropping at the top of the container seems to work quite well but when the container has more than a handful of inputs in it that make it harder to see what is needed next.
I've found that dropping alongside the bottom element is fairly reliable.

Hi JeLu,
In which browser ?
Just try to drop the element to an empty space in the container, not over another element, as this may place it outside!
v5 should not have this problem, and it highlights the active drop area when you drag your element!

Hi!
I am using IE 11 and Google Chrome 32.0.1700.102 m and it is hard to drop items in either of them.

Hi there,
I'm experiencing a similar problem. When I create a new container and then want to drop in a field that was created earlier, the UI won't just place it inside. But when you first add a new text field into the container and afterwards try to place your desired field along with it, it works.
But again there might be another bug: when I try to place a field into a container that's ID is higher then the field's ID, after saving the field again keeps being outside. Anyone experiencing the same?
Hi dominic434,
You can't drag and drop elements between containers, that has never been possible. You can move them by editing the form data in PHPMyAdmin if you know what you are doing.

Hi!
I have just tried to use FireFox and that browser seems to function correct. For me it is in IE 11 and Chrome I have problems with this.
