Hi,

I've been looking for a solution on my problem for a week now, but cannot find anything.

I've got a form with die DatePicker and Timepicker enabled. There are about 30 People, who are using this form day by day and a min. of 10 cannot change the time, because they don't have a mousewheel (for example a touchpad or anything like this).

Is there any solution, to change the hotkey, or to open a empty timepicker without the current time, so that they just can fill out the time, without clicking into a field, pressing 2x [->], delete and than fill in the time?

The most customers just can't handle this.

I just had a look around and couldn't see any MooTools based timepicker that is mobile compatible. I did find a couple of other possible solutions. What version of Joomla! are you using?

An alternative is to use a couple of input boxes or drop-downs as a crude workaround.

I'm using Joomla 2.5.

The multiple dropdown is the last solution I would use, but I think it's the only one.

I found a couple of jQuery based datepickers that might work in Joomla! 2.5 (and I'm sure that they would work with Joomla! 3 with a little tweaking). They were MobiScroll which is free on Github here or with paid support and other bits and pieces here and DateBox for jQueryMobile.

I haven't tried either of them yet.
