Hi Support,
I have a clients website that has three chronoforms forms on the site. Up till the last week or so it has ceased to work.

The error that shows after you submit a form is:

Could not open socket: 0 - php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

Website Details are:
Host GoDaddy
Joomla: 2.5.17
Chronoforms: 4.0.1
PHP Version: 5.3.24
http://www.msfevents.com/

I am using ReCaptcha as the spam filter on all forms. Any thoughts?
