Field contents lost after submit (email and validation)

First of all, let me say I loved creating a new form with Chronoforms, the wizard is awesome.

I've been having trouble sending the info by email tho. I do get the emails, but the values are all blank, as in:

Field name: {input_field_1}

This is just an example. I did verify that the field name matches the one in the form. I also followed the instructions in the FAQ, adding validation, which presents another problem: I fill out the field, but then it comes up saying "this field is required", as if it had been empty.

So I'm guessing the form is not "saving" the info after it's submitted. The question is why, and more importantly, how do I fix it? I would really appreciate some help with this!

Hi vic3685,

Please submit the form and post the debug results here- including the 'dummy emails'.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab.

I suggest that you move (actually re-create) the Email and Thanks message actions in the main On Submit event after the AutoServerside Validation action. That keeps the form tidier and the On Success actions don't always work.
