Hello!

I would like to develop a form similar to what you can see at this link.

Unfortunately I do not know how to insert the "space" where you write in the middle of the sentence nor if you can have a feedback system like the one shown.
It can be done with chronoforms? And if the answer is yes, how can I do that?

For these custom elements I suggest building your custom form code using an advanced HTML editor then pasting the code in Chronoforms!
