Hello Bob,
I'm trying to use in a form 20 containers with 5 radio box in this 20 containers. It possible for ten containers but very difficult (or impossible) for the others. Is there a limit ?

There is no limit in ChronoForms, you may be seeing a limit in your server setting though. Please see this FAQ
