Could someone check this for me?

Hi guys,

I'm getting an awful lot of spam coming through two of my forms, I'm fairly sure I have everything set up correctly, I've been banning the IPs as they come in but they are getting new IPs all the time and just carrying on.

I was wondering if someone could look over the form I've attached and see if maybe I have something set up wrong?

Looks more or less OK. The IP redirect is working.

The Auto JavaScript Validation won't do anything in the On Submit event; I'd suggest that you remove it and add some Serverside validation instead. That should help a bit particularly if you can identify any patterns in the spam that is still getting through.
