This has me confused. The attached forms are both configured in the same way (as far as I can see) w.r.t. dynamic and static fields in the e-mail section. They both work but any e-mail we receive via the EmailStaff form, generates a Spam Warning from GMail.
Why is this?
(The attached files need to have the txt extension removed)

Hi rcadmin,
I strongly recommend that you do *not* use the Dynamic From Email element in your Email Setups. Using this often results in your emails being marked as spam and dropped into a spam filter. Instead use the static From Email with an address that matches the site domain name and use Dynamic ReplyTo Email for the user email. The result is the same but with a much better chance of good delivery.
At a guess the the difference is that the To Email for the Contact Us form always matches the site domain so GMail lets that one through.

Hi Bob,
This is what I thought too but when I tried that whenever I then reply to the e-mail (received from this form) it puts both the reply-to and the sender address in the to box of the new email..

Tried again using GH-Email (see attached) but the same thing happens.
When the staff member replies to the e-mail, the to field is populated with two e-mail addresses i.e. the one in the GH-Email's to box and the reply-to field.

Perfect :-) That did it.
It's just strange that it only seemed to happen with some forms.
Thanks again
Andre

Hi, we have similar issue, when the form submitted, we have 2 email action, email to the sender and staff member (same template). To get the email address of the sender, we have to use dynamic form (email field name in the form). Email to staff member often (not always) flagged as a spam by our email server spam filter. How to be able to do that scenario without using dynamic from function?
Please advice.
