Submit possible without entries, but required fields

I'm going crazy, after I build a medium form, I can submit the form without doing any entry. But there are many fields which are required. What can I do? Where is the mistake?? I've put in in the Debug-Action on submit...

Your template isn't loading the Joomla! MooTools library which is required for ChronoForms client-side validation.
