Wrong Verification Code

I am having an issue with the Captcha on my Forms. It keeps saying i have entered the wrong verification code when i try to submit a form in chrome. All the other browsers work fine just chrome. Is there a way to fix this?

I don't know of a fix for that problem. The Captcha code is pretty much all handled in the server rather than the browser so it should be browser independent. Does the image change in Chrome? It's not being cached for some reason (it shouldn't be).
