I am using the latest versions of J! 2.5, CF4 and the CF plugin. When I submit my form the new page is cached, preventing the next user from seeing the form. How is this fixed? It works fine without caching issues on the contact page (via menu) but when using the plugin on an article this happens. Help.

The simplest answer is to exclude any page with a form in it from being cached.

I'm sorry, I thought you were using some more sophisticated caching extension. With the Joomla! cache you have no control; turning caching off will let your forms work correctly. Please see this FAQ

Would using the module with caching turned off instead of the plugin make a difference?

tried module and it didn't work at all.

So bascially I can't use the module or plugin when joomla cache is turned on?

I don't remember saying that. You can't use forms that include Captcha and some other security checks with caching turned because the caching breaks the security check. That may be true for some other form features as well.
