I also don't want the link. I only wants to see the tooltip. I use the form in a popup. This link takes an entire Web page in the popup. I don't want it. Course!

With the help of this fix path succeed. See attachment.

Change the file html_helper.php with this path (rename html_helper.txt to html_helper.php):
\ administrator \ components \ com_chronoforms \ helpers
and save the wizard.

Not wok for me. I follow de post and the <a href="#"> remain in the code. When the users click on "?" close the form...

Choose the option menu Marcas ---> Registar Marcas
Choose the first option Corridas/Marcha by clicking in Escolher.
In these form you can see the "?". If you click in "?" the form close...
