Hello,

I hope someone can help. I have installed the component and module fine. When I try installing the plugin I get the following error:

An error has occurred.
DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (jerror) at position 0 (j): The timezone could not be found in the database

My Server Time Zone is set to London. Other details are here:

Hi seanr,

Hard to know. There is nothing in the ChronoForms plugin that references dates or times . . .

I just downloaded a fresh copy of the ChronoForms plugin for Joomla 3 and installed it on my Joomla 3.1.1 site with no problem.

Thanks for trying to replicate it.

I have installed a fresh version of Joomla 3.1.1 at work and am having the same problem. Is very strange as I have websites running on Joomla 2.5 which installed chronoforms perfectly.

Ok I found a solution, if anyone comes across this in the future:

- Upload the uncompressed plugin folder chronoforms via FTP to /plugins/content/
- Go to Extension manager and click discover, then chronoforms plugin showed up for me to install from there.

Brillant stuff.
