Chronocontact installed over Chronoforms

I'm currently upgrading a 1.5 site to 3.0 - however, since trying to do this I've stumbled across something - the fact that apparently someone (it's a site for someone else) installed chronocontact over chronoforms.

I was planning to just create a backup of his forms, then import into the 3.0 site, but apparently it doesn't work because chronocontact that is installed is v. 3.5.

Any idea the best route to go about changing this or getting these forms to export so I can import into the 3.0 site?

There is no automatic upgrade from CFv3 to CFv4 :-(

Was hoping I could get away without having to remake the forms, but that's life!🙂 No worries - just more billable time for me😉
