Yes I'm afraid that a lot of URLs were broken when the site was upgraded to Joomla! 3.2. You can still find the FAQs using the search on the FAQs page though. That one is here

PS The RokBox used to show links in the FAQs is also broken in 3.2 :-( but there are ordinary links there too.

Hello, needed placeholders too, but made a simpler solution. Have not read your book, Bob, but as I see from the demo and description, you're operating with the value depending on if user have made an input. I propose to simplify script by just passing the default value into the placeholder attribute. Although some old IEs do not support placeholder attribute, they become obsolete and this seems faster and more compact solution.

I agree with you in theory - in practice I still see too many business with IE8/9 as standard :-(
