Hi Rick,
I don't see any trace of the module on the page. Is this a problem in any location - does the CF Module work in other locations in Joomla! 3.0.3?
Bob
Bob,
It is set to the 'innerbottom' position of this YooTheme template. I just changed the module to display the title (Email Us). Right below that is where the module should appear. It is not appearing in any module position that I assign. It's just weird!
I am going to try it with a default Joomla template and report back.
Rick
Nope, even with Beez3 it is not working.
I know I probably drive you NUTS working in Joomla 3. Sorry!!!!
Rick
Hi Rick,
It's working OK here. Took a while to find which template was running (ProtoStar by default) and get a valid module position but once that was done it's OK.
Bob
Hi,
I tested this when I created the module and it worked fine, but assigning positions is very annoying in the newest versions of Joomla, please test using a different module first then test with the same combination of settings using the Chronoforms module!🙂

All other modules I test seem to display fine. Only the CF module does not display. I have tried it in every module position within my template and it does not work. I tried the ProtoStar template and it did not work either. Sorry!!
Rick
Hi Rick,
By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
Bob
On it's way via email.
Thanks a BUNCH!!!!
Rick
Hi Rick,
I spent some time on this and I'm still not clear what the problem is.
The Module works OK on every page *except* the Contact page (which is where you want it). I tried changing the module position, added a new Test menu item (now disabled); removed a Trashed module with the same name; tried using the new Module insert plug-in in the article; unpublished all the other modules; . . . All to no effect.
At the moment I am baffled.
Bob
Thanks for confirming that I am not crazy! It just makes no sense. I tried disabling the Widgetkit module on that page, thinking there may be a problem, but that didn't work. If I use the plugin on that page and insert the form in the body, it displays. I will just go back to that method!!
Thanks for all the help!
Rick
Hi,
Just a quick thought, was the module set to display "on all pages" ?

No, just the Contact page.
Hi,
So, I have just tested this on my J3 installation, the form in module would not show if its displayed inside a page of type "Chronoforms" and is displaying the SAME form, in other words you can't display the same form twice in 1 page using a module position and the main page (or any other combination I think), I think that I have disabled this because the form would submit twice if its submitted in that kind of page.
But the module works fine if its displaying a different form or if its shown under a different page type like an article or whatever.
Best regards,
Max

Hi, CF4 for J3 does not even test right. It simply does not show.
Hi,
Please make a new topic about this issue, most probably you don't have the "show html" action in the "on load" event!

Thank you, Max. You nailed it.
I am using CF v4 on J3.2.2
I had the same issue, The CF module did not show the form on a page that had a CF form inside an article. It only showed when I removed it from the article.
I hope this helps someone.
Cheers
