Updated Joomla, forms stopped working

Hi there, I've inherited a Joomla site from my sister in law. Her web guys were not exactly treating her well, so I've migrated her site to my hosting and am helping out with odd problems she has. Fortunately I'm a Joomla guy, but this problem has me a little stumped.

We were running Joomla 2.5.7 and Chronoforms 4 RC3.5 and at the time of migration everything was working OK - forms were submitting, showing the 'thanks' message, data was being saved to the appropriate tables and admin emails were coming through.

I recently updated her site to J2.5.8 and she's just tested the forms to find that while they're showing and apparently submitting without error, none have saved to the database, sent emails to admin or shown the thank you message since the upgrade.

Today I updated to RC3.5.2 of Chronoforms, optimised the database via AdminTools, cleared the site's cache and purged the expired cache, all to no avail.

The forms are of a type 'custom', which I've never used with Chronoforms before.

However, I looked at the forms in wizard mode and they all have the 'email admin' and 'show thanks' events and, where appropriate, the 'save to DB' event.

I've tried everything I can think of to get CF working again - any further direction would be appreciated!

Hi kbrookes,

This sounds like a problem with SEF URLs affecting the Action URLs for the forms so that they don't submit correctly. Try setting the Relative URL to No on the form General tab - click the form name link in the Forms Manager to see it.
