PayPal Redirect Plugin: PP only accept encrypted

I did buy the PP redirct Plugin.
If I place an order I get redirected to PP. There I get the following error message:

Is there a way to change anything in the PP Redirect Plugin to make it work?

I've never seen this message before :-(

But as you (or your client) are the seller here it must be linked to a setting in your PayPal account.

What do the PayPal documents say about encrypted submissions?

I did find a setting in the PP account where I can switch on an off encryption.
It did turn it off now. Still not working yet but I'll wait a while, maybe the setting takes some time to work.
