Hello,

I have a form set up using Chronoforms 4.0 RC3.4.1. and Joomla 2.5.8.

In the form email action, I have a static from Email and from Name.

But when the form is submitted, it says it is sent from the Global Configuration > Email Settings.

It is using my name as the from Name but I am not sure where it is picking that up since the Global Configuration Email Settings don't use a name.

Any ideas?

Hi Chuck,

As a first step please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab.

Hi Chuck,

You have the Hotmail address in the To box - I don't' see how that would find it's way to be the From address though.

The From Email address is your Yahoo address; I suggest that you change that to match the site domain [email]info@shareyourmontanariverstories.com[/email] and see if that corrects the problem. You might also need to add the site address in the Site Global Configuration.
