This is probably answered somewhere but I can't find it.

I have the following scenario:
Coach if required: Checkbox
Volunteer's name: Textbox

I only want the Volunteer's name: Textbox to appear if the previous checkbox is ticked.

Any ideas or URL links?

Please see this FAQ - it uses a textarea rather than a textbox but should be simple to change.

Thanks this looks great just a few questions. Can I do this while using the Wizard? If so where do I insert the code? Do I put it in a "Custom Code" element?

Sorry, I've updated the FAQ. The code goes into a Load JS action in the form On Load event (or on the Others Tab if you are using the Easy Wizard). And, yes it will work with the Wizards.
