File Upload Issue

Hi, thanks for this software we are using the latest RC to give my customer the possibility to upload a file.

I've build the form and put the field to upload.
i check on server the permission all is fine
i put database table connection to the form

all work fine except that i dont get: filename attached to email, no name of the file in the database, no file uploaded on server.

How i can solve it?

I'd guess you forgot to add an upload file event
