I need a custom booking / reservation

I need a custom booking / reservation component for my Joomla website.
The component will need a registration form with a file upload field and A calender showing booked and unbooked dates. I am hoping this can be done in chronoforms.
My budget is 200 USD

this is what I need

Step1.
user picks a date and year on the calender.

Step2
user enters personal info and upload a file attachment.

Step3.
User confirms booking and checks out

Step4. webmaster receives a mail notification user has booked.

Step5. webmaster confirms booking, user gets confirmation mail and dates are blocked in the calender for further booking.

I'd like a brand new Ferrari. My budget is $200.
