SOLVED ! How to validate zip code (French "code postal" ) ?

Hi,
sorry to post everyday, but no way to find it in V4.

A required field "zip code" has to be written with exactly 5 numbers
There's no validation for "zip code", so I can only set max lenght : 5
but as I can't set "minimum lenght : 5", some users give a wrong zip code (2 numbers or 3)

Is there a solution ?

(I still have the problem with radio box which is set as "required". However, I can outpass to check a choice without any problem to submit (javascript is enabled on my Firefox browser). I've put a default choice in "Field Default Value" in order to have something registered in CSV export, but this is a default fix)
